Terms and conditions of sale

Bookings :

Reservations by phone or email only. The reservation becomes effective when we have received your 50% deposit.

• The balance must be paid by cash, credit card or bank transfer on the day of arrival at the latest.
• We look forward to seeing you between 4pm and 7pm.
• Rooms must be vacated before 11am.
• The entire property, including the pool and garden, is not accessible before 4 p.m. check-in time or after 11 a.m. check-out time.
• Pets are not accepted.
• For everyone’s comfort, we ask you not to smoke inside the house or in the rooms.
• La Galiane offers private parking.
• Due to the configuration of the house and the exteriors, we cannot accept children under 15 years . Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation :

• In case of cancellation 60 days before the stay, 25% of the amount will be due.
• In case of cancellation 31 to 60 days before the stay 50% of the amount will be due.
• In case of cancellation 31 days or less before the stay, the total amount will be due.
• Any stay begun is due in full, whatever the reason. These penalties will be debited under the same conditions if you have booked with your credit card.
